I found this was one of the more affordable online sites so I ordered the tool. I had never purchased anything from this company but I did it anyway. Long story short, a call to the company and nearly 2 months later, I have NOT received my room which I paid for and after being told on the phone that I would be called back, it never happened. I called this morning, call went to voice mail which had not been setup yet. Avoid this place because your not saving any money if you never get your tool. I will be disputing this with my CC company filing a complaint with BBB. Further, I’m contacting PMF and will be notifying them of my experience with an authorized distributor of their products.
